These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”) and CleverCall AI (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website and services.

By accessing or using the services provided by CleverCall AI (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services
CleverCall AI provides access to a cloud-based platform offering AI-driven call automation and telephony services.
Use of the services is subject to these Terms and any applicable local laws in the customer’s jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

Customers must provide accurate information when registering for services.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

The services may not be used by individuals or entities restricted by applicable law.

4. Payment and Billing

Services are billed either on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) or via direct bank transfer/pay-per-use minutes, depending on the customer’s chosen plan.

Fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds are not provided except in cases of proven technical fault directly attributable to CleverCall AI.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

5. Prohibited Use
Customers agree not to use the services for:

Spam, robocalls, or unsolicited marketing prohibited under applicable laws.

Fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive practices.

Any activity violating the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is used.

Transmission of harmful content, including malware, phishing, or illegal communications.
CleverCall AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited use.

6. Service Availability and SLA

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

While we strive to ensure high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the platform, including software, branding, and technology, are owned exclusively by CleverCall AI.

Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

No ownership rights are transferred to the customer.

8. Termination

Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time by written notice to info@clevercallai.com.

CleverCall AI may suspend or terminate access immediately if a customer violates these Terms or fails to pay fees.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleverCall AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute shall be the competent courts of Israel.
11. Changes to Terms
CleverCall AI may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective once posted on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
